How Long Will It Take Before I Feel Better?
Many of our patients start to feel better after their very first adjustment at our chiropractic clinic. However, this really depends on the current state of your spine and overall health.
When a patient comes in for a consult, we’ll analyze their spine then sit down with the patient and outline where the problems are. We’ll provide a strategy and suggest a treatment plan, including an estimate of how many chiropractic treatments the patient should have.
Does Chiropractic Hurt?
After practicing for more than 19 years as a chiropractor, we can almost guarantee that what we do doesn’t hurt. We use specialized techniques to make the adjustment as specific and gentle as possible. You may feel slightly achy for the first couple of days after a treatment, but the achiness is generally very mild. Before we start your chiropractic treatments, we’ll explain everything in detail and make sure you’re comfortable throughout your appointment.
Once I go to a chiropractor, will I have to go forever?
The simple answer is no. How long you decide to benefit from our chiropractic care is entirely up to you. We want our patients to understand the importance of their spine to their overall ability to live a pain-free life. You can enjoy the benefits of chiropractic care if you choose to go for a short time, but we encourage our patients to look after their spine long-term, it is up to you to decide how long you choose to continue your chiropractic treatments.
