Anxiety, being self conscious, afraid of any negative results and also how do you know who is best to help. I’ve started a couple of treatments there and everyone is helpful, kind and just so nice. Dr Courtney has helped relive much of it already, my head feels lighter and my back straighter. The X-rays were very cool to see since you can visually see what is going on and where the problems are. As someone who has dealt with back and neck pain for years and a lot of physiotherapy done, so far chiropractic work has been the most promising at relieving my pain. Plus the front desk and staff are all very nice and actually take time to get to know you.Posted on Google

Karen SDecember 15, 2025Keyur (physiotherapist) was very informed about my condition (frozen shoulder) and had an organized approach to increasing my range of motion. After regular sessions and with progressive exercises I am so pleased to have recovered almost all of the range of motion of my shoulder. Unlike when I started, there’s no longer any daily activity that I cannot do. Keyur was able to focus on problem areas and tailored his care plan to whatever was most in need of attention. Carolyn WilfredJuly 11, 2025UPDATE: As I have moved within walking distance to Wilson chiro, I decided to give them a try again. I went to see Alex for a problem with my piriformis muscle and he has been quite helpful. I continue to go back for treatments. :-) My husband insisted that I write you and tell you about my not so great experience with your chiropractor (I believe her name is Courtney) I had my first visit with her because I didn’t want my daughter driving 40 minutes anymore to my original chiro in Waterloo. I had lost my balance while adjusting the mattress on my bed, and hurt my lower back and ribs. We had a discussion about that and then she did a drop table adjustment as well as using the activator very quickly up and down each side of my spine as well as my neck. She said she normally she doesn’t do an adjustment during the first visit but because of my fall, she made an exception. (I find this protocol unusual) She called later that day to see how I was doing, and of course to be expected, I was sore. Unfortunately, this soreness continued for a full week. My back, knees, shoulders and neck ached, as well as I had a dull headache which I normally don’t get. I had difficulty walking, sitting and sleeping. Not good all around! Needless to say, I am having my daughter drive me back to my regular chiro to get everything fixed. I regret it didn’t work out. Needless to say I was not offered my money back....$80!! :-( No integrity. A few days of posting this review, I got a call from Wilson Health services saying they would refund my money. Very grateful for that as it helped pay for my original chiro fix-it session. :-)Posted on Google

Not that long ago, my movements and lifestyle were really limited, but since undergoing physio with Mona and Keyur I can do so much more. I've gotten back to the gym and even everyday tasks I previously struggled with became much easier. They helped me experience life without chronic pain and with increased mobility. Their knowledge, techniques and experience are truly evident during my sessions and they motivate me to regularly practice at home with their videos. Massages with the therapist Jinal Ben Patel are an excellent tension relief and an enjoyable experience. Her massages are both therapeutic and relaxing and she is very calm and pleasant to talk to. Jinal uses various massage techniques, her knowledge and experience to fit my needs. I strongly recommend her for massages! Wilson Health Services has a really nice atmosphere; the clinic is professional, friendly and truly cares about the patients. I have experienced much relief from their deep manipulation of tight muscles. I have been educated in specific exercises and daily routine posture habits. Follow up care with maintenance appointments for deep stretching and injury prevention is very helpful. Chiropractor, Dr. Alex has been adjusting my crooked frame for years I trust his expertise. Front desk professionals are always polite, helpful and understanding when I am moving appointments about. Thank you Wilson Health Services. A person that i never met, I decided to send an email to the clinic and I was surprised to receive a phone call from Mr Wilson the owner and I am so grateful to our conversation. He was able to apologize which I think He didn't have to. Thank you so much Wilson Clinic for caring about the Guelph community. The front staff is always on top of their game and so welcoming, Dr.Courtney for chiropractic care is very knowledgeable and has a warm presence that helps you feel at ease - an essential when having your neck cracked! He sent me for x-rays, took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand, and he took lots of time to answer my questions. I’ve been getting adjustments for a few weeks now and have seen a huge improvement in my mobility and a sharp decrease in pain! I was really surprised by how quickly I improved!
