Dr. Jason Wilson
He’s grown a clinic with a family atmosphere, full of compassion and energy, with providers that work as a team to treat their patients. And he has earned a reputation for having a great sense of humor and for making health care fun for his patients and his colleagues. This has created a great environment for everyone involved, making the practice a memorable and fun place to visit.
Dr Jay also co-founded a gym in Cambridge in 2013, Fuzion Fitness on Hespeler Road. One can often find him at the gym, helping individuals learn how to use the equipment or offering friendly advice. Dr. Jay lives an active life and helps his patients learn to do the same.
He’s an entrepreneur, a healer, has a great sense of humor, and is also a husband and father to three children. He clearly shows his values through our office, demonstrating how important family and health are to him. We certainly hope you opt to become a part of our family, so that we can include you in our standard of care.

Dr. Alex Peplow | Guelph Family Chiropractor
With 13 years of clinical experience, Dr. Alex provides results-driven chiropractic care for patients of all ages and activity levels. From everyday aches and chronic tension to more complex or stubborn cases, he takes a thorough, practical approach focused on helping patients move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they enjoy. Known for being approachable, honest, and detail-oriented, Dr. Alex enjoys working with a wide variety of patients and welcomes cases that others may have struggled to resolve.
Dr. Courtney Cole | Guelph Family Chiropractor
Dr. Courtney is a native of Cambridge, Ontario. She received her Honours Degree in Biomedical Science from the University of Guelph in 2015. She became a chiropractic patient at a very young age and has never looked back. Dr. Courtney completed her Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2018 from New York Chiropractic College. She loves being part of the Wilson Health Services team, she provides chiropractic care at our Cambridge and Guelph locations. Dr. Courtney enjoys sharing her passion and providing her chiropractic services in her hometown and participating in the community.
Chiropractic adjustments, healthy eating, and regular exercise are all part of living a healthy lifestyle, which has always been a top priority in Dr. Courtney’s life. She values her own supportive family dynamic, and her goal is to provide her patients with similar motivating qualities. Her primary goal is to help her patients achieve wellness through addressing the root cause of pain. When the body has proper alignment, it can heal itself.

As a dedicated physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from India, I believe that every patient’s journey to recovery should be as unique as they are. I specialize in managing the full spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions—from acute sports injuries to chronic pain. By integrating my clinical expertise with advanced Acupuncture techniques, I provide a comprehensive approach that targets both the symptoms and the root cause of discomfort. I am committed to tailored protocols that evolve with your progress, ensuring you receive the most effective care at every stage. A firm believer in lifelong learning, I constantly update my skills with the latest evidence-based research to bring the best of modern physiotherapy to my patients.
Mona | Physiotherapy Assistant
With many years of clinical experience as a Certified Athletic Therapist and PTA, Mona brings a people-focused approach to care. She is also an ACE-certified Personal Trainer and works with long-term care as part of the recreation team. Mona values a collaborative, team-based approach to rehab and enjoys helping people move better, feel stronger, and reach their goals.
Jagruti Trambadia | RMT
Have been treating clients with variety of treatments, including Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, deep tissue, stretching specific muscles, prenatal massage, postnatal massage, etc. also educating clients on remedial exercises.
I have further progressed my knowledge by taking various courses like cupping therapy, Indie Head Massage, Hot stone Therapy.
I create customized outcome based on treatment plan to address individual client need. Always dedicated to continuous learning.
After my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my family ( mother of 2 kids), likes to do Yoga to stay active, watching movies and long drives.

Brooke Lidstone
Brooke is a registered chiropodist trained at the Michener Institute, with an Honours Bachelor of Health Science from Redeemer University.
She has had a passion for healthcare from a young age and is dedicated to serving her community. Brooke enjoys working with patients of all ages and is committed to providing personalized foot care to help keep her patients comfortable, active, and pain-free.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys time at the cottage, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Levi.

Lorraine Baclit
Lorraine studied at the University of Toronto and completed her education at the Michener Institute. She trained at the Michener Chiropody Clinic and right here at the heart of Wilson Health Services, integrating herself into the team quickly. Having grown her skills and rapport on-site, she is a familiar face and well-acquainted with everybody alike.
Her compassion and ability to connect with anyone creates a positive experience for all. Her manner is gentle, sincere, and enthusiastic. Lorraine is passionate about sharing her knowledge of foot health and providing a comprehensive treatment approach to improve the quality of life for all her patients. She looks forward to becoming your foot specialist!
In her time off, Lorraine enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and binge watching her favourite TV shows.

Committed to lifelong learning, she actively pursues continuing education to stay current with the latest evidence-based techniques and advancements in chiropody care.

Nicole Yee | Chiropodist Wilson Health Guelph
Nicole Yee received her Honours Bachelor of Science from McMaster University in Life Sciences in 2019 before going on to complete the Michener Institute’s Diploma of Chiropody in 2022.
Nicole grew up in Mississauga but now resides in Kitchener, Ontario. Her passion for improving foot health traces back to her background running track & field and cross country. She had consulted foot specialists herself for sports injuries over the years and became interested in the full scope of practice Chiropody offers.
Nicole is passionate about providing complete and compassionate foot care with a holistic approach. She prioritizes listening to her patient’s concerns and connecting to them.
When she isn’t helping out a patient with their foot health, Nicole enjoys working out, trying out new recipes, and having paint nights with friends. She looks forward to helping you take a “step” towards pain-free, healthy feet!
